Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International Shipping

We ship to many countries worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs processes.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
